About Us

Living Soil Gardens, founded by Joe Garrity in 2021, is a no-till, chemical free farm, growing the highest quality vegetables the North Shore has to offer. Joe worked as a chef for many years before his passion for food brought him to farming. He and his wife Kate started their first home garden in 2019 and were blown away by the quality of the vegetables that could be grown by prioritizing soil health. Joe’s pursuit for the highest quality ingredients led to the birth of Living Soil Gardens, where a wide array of unique vegetables are grown, including: signature salad mixes, fresh ginger, succulent heirloom tomatoes, micro-greens, and many more.
