Founded in 2021, Living Soil Gardens is a no-till, chemical free farm, growing high quality vegetables year-round. The founder, Joe Garrity, worked as a chef for many years before his passion for food brought him to farming. Joe’s pursuit for the highest quality ingredients led to the birth of Living Soil Gardens, where a wide array of unique vegetables are grown, including: signature salad mixes, fresh ginger, succulent heirloom tomatoes, micro-greens, and many more.
